Hello to all!
Any plans for the Holidaze?
Is the movie "Avatar" part of those plans?
Friends and loved ones are reporting that it's a spectacular experience, this movie, especially if one goes for the full 3-D treatment. Mi esposa and I are considering a viewing before long....
Otherwise, we're sticking close to home throughout the last couple weeks of 2009, making preparations for the new meditation group, writing articles, studying, staying warm....
And you?
Much love, Michael

I'm trying to weave in meditation practice while visiting family members this week. For some reason this is usually a pretty good challenge, among other things there are all sorts of subconcious currents at work. Anybody else have these tensions with family?
Its hard to just let love and peace flow when everybody is busy telling everyone else how to be. Its just lots of little things, like why don't you wear your hair this way, or why don't you get a job doing this ect ect. It goes both ways too as I can be outspoken in my responses. So I'm wishing for myself and our family to be able to recognize the simple blessings and joys in life more often. Best holiday wishes to everyone on here as well!

We'll be with family Christmas Eve, but that's it for this year. I've been re-organizing my daily schedule in order to write more articles, manage the new meditation group and just generally step further into a stronger expression of my true nature, and this has led to a re-affirmation of my meditation practice. It's the one thing that never drops away, the one thing I can count on no matter what. It's wonderful to know that you're carving more time out for your practice, as well, my good friend.....
