Thank you Michael for sharing! Great article. I noticed that you wrote it from the feminine perspective. Much of it applies to me. I can develop a wonderful discipline for meditation, as i have now & out of the blue i stop for a few days. Sometimes a few weeks, and then, i'm hard on myself for not meditating.

Great article Micheal! Words like holy really used to give me the chills as youngster as i associated them with "boring" dry pastors who sit around and talk, drink coffee and have jello dinners with old people (I was raised Lutheran) That view is quite far gone, but I still have to remind myself now and then that holy means whole or complete. The commitment to the holy life for me is a commitment to myself to make certain that I am fullfilled and made whole and that I do my part to try and help others towards wholeness as I am able. Thank you for the reminder of how important it is to perservere in this commitment.
