Hi Leann!
Give me a bit of time on this question, as I don't want to just toss out a title for the sake of tossing it out. I do have some Tarot books that have been helpful, a couple of which go very deep... but we are headed out of town for the weekend, so I won't have access to my book collection. Tune in over the next few days, however, as I do plan to continue posting here... and then we'll be back Sunday evening.
Blessings, Michael

If I may....I have a fantastic book that offers not only a spiritual apprenticeship to students of the Sacred Tarot but also offers a concise reference for anyone interested in investigating and interpreting the fascinating symbology of the Tarot in relation to the Cabala, Astrology and the esoteric science of Numerology.
It has exercises to "get to know" your cards as well as build intuition in relation to the cards. I love this book and highly recommend it.
It is called: Tarot; A New Handbook For The Apprentice. By Eileen Connolly Newcastle Publishing Company INC North Hollywood, California. 1979 ISBN 0-87877-045-3

Hello again Leann, Finally I'm back, fresh from a weekend Chiron workshop with Maurice and friends. Powerful material, can't wait to incorporate it into my readings! So, here are three more titles that I wanted to mention: - The Tarot: A Key to the Wisdom of the Ages by Paul Foster Case
- The Tarot: An Indispensable Aid for Every Serious Student of the Cards by Joseph Maxwell
- Wisdom of the Tarot by Elisabeth Haich
Paul Foster Case was a famous Rosicrucian, but this book is quite universal in its appeal. Very deep and insightful explanations. Maxwell and Haich are both excellent, as well. The Maxwell may not be in print any more, although that would be a crime against humanity -- hopefully there's some publisher out there who recognizes greatness and is willing to keep it in print. Hope this helps!!! Blessings, Michael
